Position Summary:

The Customer Marketing team is dedicated to a member-first approach to experience. They are a highly visible team and are responsible for driving the engagement and loyalty of nearly half a million pet owners. We are looking for a gritty marketer to join our member engagement team as our brand’s voice on social media. You will be a great fit for the team if you have a mindset that can deliver both creativity and data-based decision-making, with a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities Include:

As a member of the Customer Marketing Team, you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the rapid growth of our company. You will help support and engage our members on our social platforms to ensure an effortless experience and increase friend referrals. Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling member inquiries and concerns on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Connecting with members on social platforms to encourage engagement and build a strong brand reputation
  • Driving members to review us on specific websites and platforms
  • Spotting member experience trends and identifying opportunities to improve the overall experience

Qualifications (Please include a cover letter with your application!)

Experience:

  • Experience in marketing and/or customer service preferred.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

You’ll be successful if you can:

  • Adopt Trupanion’s brand voice
  • Multitask and prioritize on the fly
  • Work independently and with other departments to solve member concerns
  • Build relationships with members on social platforms

You’ll lead the pack if you have:

  • A background in customer service
  • A reputation for going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to our members
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
