We are currently seeking dynamic Operations Associate to join our growing Mortgage Team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and has an eye for creating a superior client experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and optimize workflows to accommodate newly onboarded partner lenders 
• Manage relationships with third party vendors and work to continually open new capabilities to the sales and operations teams
• Collaborate across sales, processing, underwriting, and closing departments to identify the best tools and systems for efficiency
• Create tracking and controls to ensure data integrity across all platforms

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-2 years of relevant mortgage experience
• Experience working cross functionally to achieve results 
• Knowledge of Encompass software preferred
