As a NetSuite Administrator & Super User, you will use, customize, and administer NetSuite. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to perform customizations, resolve user issues, and define processes. You will work, administer, and configure NetSuite to maintain compliance with existing policies. You are enthusiastic about customer service and have a passion for improving the financial reporting capabilities of the organization. You will collaborate with team members primarily in Finance, but also cross-functionally with other departments to deliver and improve solutions utilizing NetSuite's capabilities.

The ideal candidate will conceptualize business needs and be able to formulate, develop, and implement solutions from both the technical and business points of view.

In this role you will…

  • Fully administer NetSuite including user management, reporting, dashboard development, and updates
  • Support integrations of existing systems and data into NetSuite
  • Effect future-state integrations of data into NetSuite in an optimal and efficient manner
  • Evaluate business requirements, translate into functional and system requirements that meet those needs, and implement solutions in NetSuite
  • Leverage and customize out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions. Be able to critically evaluate when NetSuite out-of-the-box solutions might not be appropriate for optimal issue

  • Collaborate across multiple departments such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to develop effective solutions that result in optimizing workflows (have an interest in RPA relative to NetSuite initiatives)
  • Assess the current NetSuite environment and Finance team utilization and drive increased utilization, functionality, and workflow automation and optimization
  • Analyze processing issues and assess breakdowns to develop solutions
  • Fully document existing and new customizations and workflows
  • Maintain proper system access for all users and roles
  • Coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally
  • Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards
  • Be comfortable exporting data out in save searches, modifying it as necessary and reporting back into NetSuite
  • Ensure system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or another technical field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including integrations, customizations, and configurations
  • Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Can exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility & foster collaborative relationships cross functionally
  • Experienced using forms, fields, custom records and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite
  • Detailed understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (AR, AP, GL, Invoicing); Revenue Management (including Advanced Revenue Module) and Support (Case Management)
  • Must be proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows.
  • Ability to be primary point of contact for Salesforce and e-commerce integrations to NetSuite
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to not take IT issues at "face value" and work to understand root cause of issues, including processes that can be improved to support the technology in place
  • Stay abreast of existing and emerging IT and industry trends and relevant business developments associated with current and new technologies
  • Experience managing compliance and controls for SOC/SOX
  • Can confidently provide support and user training across departments
  • Proactive mindset for solving problems
