What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain all aspects of office services including: communication tools, IT, office facilities, supplies, and deliveries.
- Manage relationships and communication with external consultants, facility management, and vendors.
- Be responsible for the office expenses and financial administration.
- Support HR, including the hiring and onboarding process.
- Plan and coordinate team events and lunches.
- Take an active part in maintaining the office culture and employee well-being.
Who You Are:
- Tech Savvy: A well-organized person who enjoys working with both technology and people. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and able to navigate more advanced software.
- Great Communicator: Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Multitasker: Ability to multitask and keep up with a fast-paced growing startup environment.
- Creative: Actively thinking of ways to improve our office and culture.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, an owner with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- College degree in a related field, or more than one year of work experience (e.g. Office Manager/Administrator), preferably in a startup environment.
