Do you love working with people, are you one step ahead of everyone, and enjoy having everything organized? Yesler is hiring an Office Manager for a 3-month contract for a mat leave coverage. Office management experience is preferred; however, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation will be considered.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in an office environment
  • You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with SharePoint is ideal
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • You're reliable, punctual, and customer service oriented

Responsibilities

  • Office administration
  • Office supply ordering and stocking
  • Space planning
  • New hire tours and desk setup
  • Building maintenance requests
  • Mail delivering, shipping and logistics
  • Furniture assembly
  • Conference room management
  • Phones and printer hardware
  • Party planner - large and small
  • Lunch ordering, kitchen duties and keeping the office tidy
  • Offsite meeting facilities
  • Troika errands as needed
