The Office Manager is a key component of our team. We know that in order to build great products for our customers we need to invest in building a great environment and experience for our team, and therefore, we look to our Office Manager to take care of things big and small on the home front. 

Here's who we're looking for:

You’re the type of person who thrives on taking care of things the right way. A task comes in and you figure out how to get it done without a lot of direction. When you say “I’ll take care of it” we know it’ll be done well. You get excited when you know you’ve made someone else’s day easier and brighter. You’re an excellent communicator who can make decisions that reflect the needs, perspectives, and wants of the entire team.

Experience is important. We’re looking for someone who’s managed an office of 20+ before, and who enjoys all the unique challenges and opportunities involved in that role.

As the Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing office processes and all supplies
  • Organizing all team resources to be readily available
  • Planning fun and engaging team events
  • Onboarding new hires and setting them up for success
  • Supporting departments across the organization
  • Managing employee benefits, and other assorted HR responsibilities

If you were working at BrandVerity, here are some of the things you would have done over the last few weeks:

  • Scheduled all onboarding meetings for the new hire starting next week.
  • Designed and administered a survey seeking feedback from the team about last week’s volunteer event.
  • Talked to the landlord to get an update on the elevator situation.
  • Booked an Airbnb and plane tickets for our BrandVerity UK colleague’s visit.
  • Researched possible activities and restaurants for next month’s company event.
  • Purchased and sent a “Thank You” gift for an industry peer who sent us a customer referral.
  • Researched, implemented, and educated the Team about a ‘room reservation’ system for our busy conference rooms.
  • Researched and recommended dental/vision healthcare plans for our next benefits renewal period.
  • Took stock of our office supplies, and ordered replacements where needed.
