About the job: 

Are you good at managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want you to join the team as an Operations Associate on the Negotiations team. Along with keeping the company train on the rails, you will participate in all aspects of the business. From managing home offer negotiations, to writing offers, to conducting special projects for the executive team, you will do it all.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Conduct daily tasks to keep the business moving as requested by the Client Engagement Leads and Negotiators
• Lead the offer writing process and help our buyers win houses
• Assist and support Negotiators in organization and management of active offers
• Optimize tasks to drive efficiency and implement new process improvements
• Track KPI’s and run regular and one-off reports for the executive team
• As part of the Negotiations team, liaise with the Sales, Operations and the Closing team to deliver an amazing client experience

Job requirements: 

• Ability to take on multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to navigate ambiguity
• Can-do, “I got this” mentality
• Good organization and prioritization skills
• Basic Excel Experience
• No Real Estate experience needed!
