Lyft is looking for a hands-on manager to manage operations associates on Lyft Bikes & Scooters team in Seattle. You will report to an Operations Manager, and work together to assure reliability and availability of our bike fleet, as well as overall operational excellence for the program.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of our central maintenance facility
• Manage operations associates working in the facility or field
• Manage, dispatch and route operations associates to pickup, deploy and reposition the fleet
• Create playbooks to govern day-to-day operations
• Define and maintain operational and quality metrics to evaluate performance
• Liaise with HQ engineering teams to improve build-quality and ease of maintenance for the fleet
  

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of work experience managing teams in a complex, fast-moving service-oriented environment such as a restaurant or delivery operation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a get-it-done attitude
• Experience scaling an organization and managing people
• Obsessed with process improvement
• Role is based in Seattle but travel possible to support launch of other markets
• Evening and weekend hours will be required
