Lyft is looking for a hands-on operations specialist to help supervise operations associates on the Lyft Bikes & Scooters team in Seattle. You will report to an Operations Manager, and work together to assure reliability and availability of our scooter fleet, as well as overall operational excellence for the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of our central maintenance facility
  • Supervise operations associates working in the facility or field
  • Oversee, dispatch, and route operations associates to pickup, deploy, and reposition the fleet
  • Refine playbooks to govern day-to-day operations
  • Monitor and maintain operational and quality metrics to evaluate performance

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience supervising teams in a complex, fast-moving environment such as a distribution warehouse, restaurant, or delivery operation
  • Ability to work non-standard work hours as needed including working nights, weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a get-it-done attitude
  • Obsessed with process improvement
  • Overnight, evening, and weekend hours will be required
