West Monroe Partners is looking for an upbeat, energetic, professional Operations Specialist to be part of our friendly, fun and collaborative office environment. This position interfaces with some of our most senior people and utilizes skills in customer service, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

If this sounds at all interesting, here is what you will be doing:
Office Operations Support:
- Provide assistance to local leadership including but not limited to preparation of presentations and ad hoc reporting requests
- Support in the facilitation of meetings and preparing content for presentations regularly including office financials and operational metrics
- Work with Operations team to coordinate and attend a variety of office activities, meetings and events, as well as some after-work celebrations
- Event planning support including quarterly all-hands, holiday party and regular social engagements for the office
- Support vendor relationships related to office facility administration and manage building maintenance issues
- Provide minimal support to the Recruitment team to assist in the scheduling of interviews with prospective candidates and Seattle office employees
- Provide daily overall support and proactive management of Seattle office leader’s calendar and travel coordination
- Prepare and review expense reports and submit in Concur
- Planning and scheduling meetings including room reservations, invitations, and accommodations
- Perform other clerical duties and special projects as assigned
We need someone who can bring the following to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of professional experience
- Punctual & polished, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Highly organized
- The ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of and experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Customer service driven with the ability to anticipate needs of Leadership and the office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management
- Ability to get to work on an as-needed basis
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
