What will be you doing as a Product Support Consultant – Federal Infrastructure

  • You will provide L1 Infrastructure support for server installations and troubleshooting for US federal clients with respect to UiPath Product and integration Products like Redis.
  • You will take charge of the overall product support for discrepancies/bugs/enhancements/customer education for our Robotic Process Automation software through standard channels, email and ticketing tools.
  • You will resolve support requests regarding Infrastructure/Security/Networking.
  • You will travel to customer site for installation, troubleshooting and training as necessary
  • You will be the escalation point of contact for UiPath software support in pre-sales and post-sales stages;.
  • You will provide feedback to the product team.
  • You will mentor and knowledge sharing with the L1 team.
  • You will escalate bugs to development and product teams.

What will you bring to this role?

  • Minimum of 3 years network protocols and network administration knowledge, network security.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with US federal customers and organizations
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Web Server technologies, especially IIS is a must.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Microsoft Active Directory and SQL Server.
  • Good knowledge of security as it relates to cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in creating Server Cluster Architectures (Failover Clusters, High Availability systems).
  • Strong virtualization experience using Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop.
  • Ability to work in a cloud-based or hosting environment (Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus).
  • Experience using automated monitoring tools (SCOM, SCCM, Nagios)
  • Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices.
  • Experience in writing PowerShell scripts.
  • Experience with workstation management systems and desktop imaging.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other language is a plus.
  • Having Knowledge on Linux platforms is a plus.
