Quality Assurance/ Customer Success Specialist

As we grow, we are looking for a specialist in this area, who can help us deliver the highest quality experience possible to our customers.
Responsibilities Engage with and understand the Customer
Among your responsibilities will be responding to customer inquiries and feedback that may include advising users on current product functionality, potential integrations and customization, and bugs in our product. Ensuring our customers achieve success by understanding their requests, pain points, and use cases so that they can be escalated and resolved in timely manner. Investigating customer reported issues, determining root causes, and relaying tickets to our engineering team for triage and resolution.
Setting and maintaining high quality standards
You will be working closely with development teams to provide a voice for the customer and advocate for excellent quality in new features and updates queued for deployment. Relaying customer needs across the organization to ensure that customer priorities are considered foremost. Providing plan and schedule for testing new features in development. Owning the process for test by provide continuous feedback on tools and process improvements.
Skills & Requirements
Proficient in testing web applications, including strategies for high test coverage and accuracy.
Experience in owning, maintaining and developing quality-driven processes
Experience in working with customers and technical teams
Experience with project management software and principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at prioritization and multitasking
BS/BA degree
