The role of Regional Partner Manager, Americas will be responsible for rapidly scaling and managing the UiPath Americas partner ecosystem within the Mid Atlantic Sales region. Partners are at the heart of UiPath’s global go-to-market strategy. The partner’s intimate knowledge of their customer’s business challenges plus their ability to offer design, development and deployment services will help to bring automation solutions to our customers. The successful candidate will have a track record of building regional partner organizations in a hyper-growth company or line of business. This role requires a leader who has a strong business acumen and who understands how to build UiPath’s business by building the partner’s business.

Within UiPath, the Regional Director of Partners will be a key member of the Americas partner organization and will work as an integral extension of the Regional Sales Leader’s team, interacting with all the functional areas of the company within the North West sales region including Partner Marketing and Customer/Partner Success teams. Her/his focus will be on Strategic Partner Planning, Business Development, Enablement, Go-to-Markets, Partner Lead Generation, Partner Campaign Creation, Sales Opportunity Management and Service Delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of UiPath, our products and services, resulting in accelerated revenue growth while maintaining a customer/partner-centric mindset.
  • Work with regional, and area sales leadership to develop a coordinated go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop an ecosystem of partners who are ready to transform their business and that of their customers through the adoption of UiPath’s automation technology.
  • Build a process to rapidly develop a partner’s marketing, sales and delivery capabilities around the UiPath solution.
  • Ensure partners are trained effectively on the sales process and lead them to effectively execute to meet or exceed mutually agreed upon plans and targets.
  • Manage, together with the UiPath regional sales team, the quarterly sales funnel from opportunity development through deal closure and partner service delivery.
  • Quantitatively manage all facets of the region’s partner business.
  • Effectively handle conflict that may arise internally and externally.
  • Share standard methodologies regarding tools, sales techniques, and account management with peers and working teams.

Qualifications and Characteristics:

  • 6+ years leading a regional partner organization
  • Successful track record of rapidly growing a go-to-market organization while building a culture of teamwork, creativity and partnership. 
  • Demonstrable track record of success in channels strategic planning, owning sales targets and managing sales forecast.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in a high-growth, fast-paced company.
  • Superb business development and negotiation skills coupled with the communication skills (both written and oral) to sell your ideas.
