About the Role:
As a Renewal Specialist, you will play a significant role at DreamBox Learning. You will be the point of contact for assigned renewal customers that will negotiate and close renewals as well as find additional opportunities for DreamBox Learning to engage within these clients when applicable.

Three key measures of success are the client renewal of each existing accounts:

  • Drive retention and customer loyalty
  • Grow current client revenues
  • Help foster customer relationships

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with Sales Representative to maintain and expand DreamBox Learning customer footprint
  • Leveraging a renewal framework, you will focus on closing contract renewals among DreamBox Learning’s streamlined customers
  • Present products and services information to all accounts
  • Building rapport with customers via phone conversations
  • Setting aggressive goals for annual revenue achievement against each account
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report
  • Monitoring and report renewal activity within Salesforce.com
  • Handling customer renewals to prevent contractual gaps
  • Escalating customer questions and issues to the appropriate support teams and oversee the project through to conclusion
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Ensuring customer issues are acknowledged and resolved within 48 hours
  • Staying abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.

About you:

  • 2+ years of direct sales or account management experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Background in K-12 industry preferred
  • Experience with task or project management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support customer interactions
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Organized, focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy interacting with and being around people of diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings
  • Highly energetic self-starter
  • Proven customer service skills enhanced by sound decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
  • Build rapport to outline a buying vision, challenge the status quo, and position DreamBox Learning as a strategic partner
  • Confident communicator with active listening skills
  • Some travel required
