  • Wow our customers with excellent customer service and relationship building.
  • Manage the appointment booking process and following up on leads to ensure all critical CRM and pipeline data is correct and current.

  • 1+ years experience in a fast-paced customer service sales environment involving multiple communication methods.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, willingness to take ownership and stay organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects at one time.
  • Tech-savvy; ability to use Mac, proficiency in Google Suite, and consider themselves a quick learner of software, systems & tools.
  • CRM experience is needed (Familiarity with Freshworks is a bonus).
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A flexible schedule is needed for this role. May be required to work 4/10s and/or weekends (WFH) coverages.
