Salesforce Consultant

West Monroe is searching for a Salesforce enthusiast to join our team as a Salesforce Consultant within our Customer Solutions practice. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to establish the project vision, analyze business requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and execute Salesforce implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Business Analyst responsible for design and configuration of the Salesforce platform
- Participate in business process review sessions to identify user stories/requirements
- Partake in Salesforce solution design sessions from the identified user stories/requirements
- Perform gap analysis between standard Salesforce functionality and client’s requirements and provide design alternatives for evaluation and document findings
- Collaborate with development teams to help drive the design, build and testing of Salesforce custom features
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes
- Facilitate unit, system and end-user testing
- Support end-user training and documentation
- Assist with project status, timelines, risks for overall project or individual workstream
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Consulting or in a Business Analyst role
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
- Proficient in the process areas supporting either the Sales, Service or Marketing functions (Lead to Quote, Inquiry to Resolution)
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Proficient at leading requirements and design sessions for client stakeholders across the areas of Sales, Service or Marketing
- Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills
- College degree, or equivalent experience required
- Ability to travel to client-site 30-50% (post-COVID)
Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
