Play a critical role in setting up and maintaining our sales systems for scale.

We’re looking for an individual in the sales systems space to help build leading edge solutions to power Stripe at scale. You will be responsible for managing the systems supporting our sales team at each step of the customer lifecycle. You’ll partner with the business to gain a deep understanding of current pain points, own the translation of those challenges into technical specifications, and own end-to-end solution.

You will:

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and support
• Build for scale and maintainability
• Design holistically, with a focus on flexibility and scale
• Work closely with business partners to understand and refine requirements, objectives, and processes to drive strategic application efforts
• Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to create an effective control environment

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of relevant salesforce.com administration experience.
• Salesforce.com Certifications
• Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management, sales, IT, vendors and international teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and lead and drive complex operational initiatives
• A collaborative approach to getting work done

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Advanced Certifications (Advanced Administrator certification, Advanced Developer or Platform II certification)

• Experience with Marketing Automation system(s)
• Experience with Lightning
• Experience with Service systems
• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment, resolve problems and offer impacting solutions
• Experience with data migration, integration techniques, and tools
