We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for a Seller Central Operations Specialist to join our team!

At Ideoclick, we work as a distributed team. While we maintain a corporate presence in Seattle, WA; our employees have the flexibility to work from the location they choose, and we are open to this role living/working anywhere in the US.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver excellent client service through resolution of queue-based deliverables in a prompt, error-free, and professional fashion
• Shift among tasks as needed with nimbleness to support the data integrity team across a dynamic queue-based environment
• Audit work completed to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify and recommend internal process improvements to improve throughput and minimize errors
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups on execution.
• Maintain strong and productive working relationships with key internal and external partners (clients, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, etc.)

What you’ve done:

• Spent 2+ years of successful experience working in a queue-based or production environment
• Gained experienced working at or with Amazon’s catalog
• Worked with data to drive decisions and are comfortable with Excel and data analysis
