The Senior Compensation Systems Analyst - Xactlyas part of UiPath Sales Operations team, is primarily focused on the delivery and successful execution and configuration of sales incentive plans in Xactly. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design and system configuration, UAT of our internal commissions system. Partner with internal team members to review requirements, design solutions, configure and test system deliverables. Hands-on configuration experience and knowledge of Xactly is required. The Sr. Analyst percentage metric for activities will be: 70% configuration, 20% support and planning, 10% data analytics and modeling.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with top-notch execution skills who will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Finance, HR and Operations teams. The output from the analyst will be on-time and accurate design and system configuration for the Sales organization and timely processing of compensation change requests. The analyst highlights risks and opportunities within the compensation team, working closely with the Director, Global Sales Compensation and Operations and Senior Sales Data Analysts to provide overall business support to the business’ sales & operations teams. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will contribute in supporting portfolio and territory management, quota design, and partnering with the Sales Business Intelligence & Reporting team to provide Sales reporting.

Role Responsibilities Include

Supports Sales Results by:

· Complete system configuration changes as assigned and assist with developing, documenting and performing system and user acceptance tests

· Provide support during the Annual sales compensation Planning Process such as historical performance analysis and modeling for system configuration

· Develops an in-depth compensation knowledge, best practices and principals to meet/overachieve business expectations

· Partner with key stakeholders to identify, analyze and document new business requirements and translate them to functional system requirement specifications.

· Develops statistical indicators and conducts trend analysis to predict yearly accrual performance and potential plan design flaws

· Maintains knowledge of best practices through networking and professional organization membership

Tracking Sales Team Performance

· Provides analytical support to sales teams in deploying Sales Compensation plans for their sales personnel.

· Serve as liaison among HR, IT, HRIS, Payroll, and key business stakeholders to provide system support and to fully leverage Xactly system capabilities to meet the needs of the business and UiPath’s workforce.

· Gains in-depth understandings of compensation design under the guidance of the Director, Global Sales Compensation & Operations to progress development of systematic tools and processes to aid in the compensation process

 

Systems & Tools:

· Hands-on Xactly Incent configuration and implementation experience required

· Plays key role in tracking and delivery of sales performance actuals, compensation calculators and payout statements

· Develops and distributes SalesForce.com reports as requested

· Enables sales with easy to use calculators and best practices to maximize payouts

· Aids in development of visualization tools to prepare executive ready presentations for sales leaders

Experience & Education Requirements

· 5-7 years of experience working with sales compensation reporting tools required (Xactly, Callidus, etc.)

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a sales analysis, finance or similar functional role required, ideally in a large sales organization or similar work experience

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· 3-5 years CRM system experience required, preferably with Salesforce.com

· Advanced data modeling, in-depth understanding and knowledge of compensation, sales, and/or financial processes

· Highly customer focused

· Strong ability to synthesize business issues into technical solutions and to document/execute system requirements

· Attention to detail, problem solver, analytical thinking

· Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines required

· Ability to communicate effectively with Sales Ops, HR, Payroll, Finance, auditors, technical teams, and system users at all levels in the organization.

· Strong Microsoft Office experience (Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint) required

· Positive attitude, accountable team player, motivation to learn and grow professionally
