EagleView is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to support our C-level Executives and senior leadership. This role must mix strong attention to detail with organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle schedules and business critical requests. The successful candidate will display professionalism in dealing with Senior Executives inside and outside the company, and work in a team environment to build effective working relationships.
Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the Executives' day runs smoothly
  • Responsible for Executive calendar management
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation materials
  • Arrange travel for Executives and others as assigned
  • Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and/or organizations
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Responsible for filing monthly expense reports on behalf of the members of the Executive team as assigned
  • Manage corporate credit card/credit line and reconcile and code monthly invoice
  • Coordinate logistics as required for offsite team meetings and arrange bulk travel deals
  • Research, negotiate with, select, and manage vendor relationships connected with team meetings through corporate accounts
  • Responsible for event planning including contract negotiation and catering coordination for internal company wide events
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to shift quickly from lighthearted joking to the epitome of professionalism; flexible, positive, can-do attitude a must!
  • 5+ years' experience providing Exec Admin support for Senior Level Executives
  • Experience working for a global corporation across multiple time zones
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with scheduling domestic and international travel
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications; strong calendar management skills in Outlook
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong decision making and leadership abilities
  • Ability to anticipate needs and plan accordingly in order to stay ahead of what needs to be done
  • Ability to work overtime and be available outside of core business hours as needed
  • BA or BS Degree preferred
