Ideoclick is seeking a seasoned Senior Inventory Planning Analyst to support our growing Seller Central business. In addition to traditional inventory planning support you might expect to grow an already profitable business, you will have opportunities to craft & integrate additional services we are developing for our clients and vendors.

Ideoclick is a Seattle based company, founded by former Amazonians, offering a suite of services to empower brands to successfully drive their eCommerce business. We provide strategic advisory and business planning, pricing strategy, marketing, content creation and optimization, catalog management, inventory management, and reporting data and software for our diverse set of clients.

Our high-quality, global customer base includes businesses such as Clorox, Kellogg’s, Unilever, CVS and many other top brands and retailers. We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for a Senior Analyst, Operations to join our team!

At Ideoclick, we work as a distributed team. While we maintain a corporate presence in Seattle, WA; our employees have the flexibility to work from the location they choose, and we are open to this role living/working anywhere in the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with inventory planning and operational responsibilities for clients & vendors
  • Identify trends in business metrics along with opportunities for growth
  • Mitigate any potential risks
  • Manage client & vendor performance issues and escalations
  • Work on projects and initiatives that will fuel growth
  • Set and implement strategy
  • Improve and create processes with scalability in mind

What you’ve done:

  • Spent 5+ years in inventory planning/operations/control buying functions
  • Worked with Seller Central – functional background preferred or general Amazon experience
  • Prioritized and synthesized data
  • Gained experience with both strategic and tactical approaches – knowing when to use each
  • Had ownership of Open-To-Buy, forecasting or related metrics
