Senior Manager, Vendor Central Platform
Ideoclick is seeking a Senior Manager, Vendor Central Platform (VCP) to support our clients on Amazon. This person will support our Client Success Team and directly engage with clients at times to ensure success.
General responsibilities will involve educating clients and internal cross-functional teams. Functional areas of responsibilities include managing client best practices & root cause analysis – in order to eliminate repetitive day-to-day troubleshooting. Deeper responsibilities include operational training of client supply chain teams, design & execution of client-specific process improvement plans, developing & maintaining a shared knowledge library and efficient scaling of the entire set of support tools & services. The Ideoclick software and tools you will be using are being developed, tested and improved in real-time. While we will teach you the Amazon-related skills necessary for the position, you will be expected to bring your own data-driven perspective to influence the evolution of the business. You must be highly proficient on the use of Vendor Central itself, Excel with additional technical skills appreciated. Responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact for clients and internal cross-functional teams specific to the Vendor Central Platform
- Lead a team of Manufacturer Data Integrity experts responsible for success on the Amazon platform
- Work closely with the Operational Compliance team to discover root causes to problems and capture best practices for platform efficiencies
- Develop & drive development of a shared knowledge library to expand client & company knowledge and expertise at scale
- Optimize performance of the Vendor Central Platform through a strict root-cause analysis approach to incremental process improvement
- Perform periodic on-site operational audits for our largest clients – which drive process standards to the benefit all clients
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Produce and distribute regular KPI reporting to identify and develop internal process improvements & prioritization
Qualifications
- 6+ years of directly related experience (with at least 3+ years of deep Vendor Central experience either working at Amazon – or – for a manufacturer doing $5MM or more on Vendor Central)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets and doing analysis
- A curious attitude and the ability to self-motivate, learn, and work in a fast-changing business environment
- A bias towards rolling up your sleeves and diving into the details; a "can-do" attitude
- The ability to work well with others and manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing deliverables in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher
