Job Description

    Security Technical Consultant
    Location(s): Remote

    The ideal candidate is someone with significant experience in Servicenow development to include JavaScript, Custom Web Services Integrations, and who wants to help transform cyber security capabilities across our client base. This candidate shall have to aptitude of learning key cyber security topics.
    What you get to do in this role:
    Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:
    • Application UI and Workflow Configuration
    • Configuration of store based and custom integrations into Security Operations
    • Development of required client specific reporting
    • Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST, SOAP, etc)
    • Interface with ServiceNow technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, to successfully set up the SaaS platform
    • Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
    • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
    • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
    • Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, either onsite or via Zoom
    • Up to 50% travel annually

    Qualifications
    In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
    • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
    • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and of working in a SaaS environment.
    • Experience in Servicenow development activities, preference on SecOps product line
    • Experience implementing custom and/or store integrations with the SecOps product line
    • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
    • Understanding of Networking and Security technologies: SIEM, IDS /IPS, vulnerability management, end-point protection, breach detection, and threat management. (Preferred)
    • Knowledge of various attack vectors and intrusion methodologies: DDoS, malware, phishing, brute force, APT, etc. (Preferred)
    • Actively participated in industry collectives and is a contributor to the security community. (Preferred)
    • Cyber Security Industry Certifications (SANS, ISC2, Comptia, ISACA) (Preferred)
