THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a SMB Client Success Senior Manager to join our SMB Success team in the US!
YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead a team of executives and the Client Success commercial agenda in an international and multicultural environment
  • Accelerate results in the expansion and retention funnel of existing customers (Achieving first value after sale, optimizing revenue via upsell, expansion & cross-sell, and reducing churn)
  • Support the team in the negotiations related to bringing additional Enterprise Revenue from the existing client base as well as the ones related to cancellation requests
  • Support the construction and implementation of our digital onboarding and launch processes, aiming to provide scalability for the growth of the client base in the US
  • Boost subscription rate by developing strategies to increase the reachable market
  • Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to present to the Commercial leadership team, identifying drivers behind over and under performance
  • Continually improve new and existing client success processes and procedures, by working closely together with a broad range of internal stakeholders (Sales and Client Operations, Wellbeing Engagement, Product Development, Customer Experience, User Growth Marketing, Fitness Partnerships) to develop scalable processes to support our clients


WHO YOU ARE

  • A dynamic leader with 5+ years experience in roles that require close collaboration with clients (e.g. client success, business development, sales, corporate relationship management)
  • You are tenacious and goal-oriented, with strong negotiation and commercial skills
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles, capable of adapting to a fast-growing organization
  • Ability to manage multiple streams, handle pressure and meet targets in a hyper-growth environment, while having a keen eye for detail
  • Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling a group to execute against an initiative while rolling up his or her own sleeves
  • Experience working with international teams, presenting to executive leadership, building business cases, and proving out the results.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is USD $107,162 - $133,952. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
