About the Role: 

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to define and drive performance improvements across the scaling Revenue organization. You will drive core operational initiatives with a “get things done” mentality; you will dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Analytics to deliver on ambitious growth goals. We are looking for a data-driven self-starter with exceptional relationship-building skills. 

You will work with a multi-sided marketplace:

  • Consumers that want to conduct research and potentially have procedures completed
  • Providers that want to attract quality patients and help them by performing procedures
  • Brands that want to get their products in front of consumers and into the hands of providers

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end Revenue performance - from identifying opportunities through execution. Deliver data-driven insights, translate insights into change management initiatives, develop operational plans, and execute, measure, and iterate.
  • Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and headcount planning.
  • Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to identify and drive operational efficiencies throughout the GTM funnel.
  • Be ready to use the right tools for the job - dive into their functionality and analyze the data: Salesforce, Looker, and Outreach. Also be prepared to implement potential new tools and track the performance of streamlining processes through selected tools. 
    • Note while we use these tools, we also are tool agnostic -- meaning we really value people who can learn new tools and figure out the right one for the job

About You: 

You’re a structured thinker with a natural capacity to distill complex concepts and effectively communicate them to a variety of audiences. You have a business-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals. You have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.

You may be the right fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, operations & strategy, with at least 2+ years in an operational role, preferably working on revenue
  • Proven track record of spearheading business critical initiatives that span multiple functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
  • Outstanding organizational and time leadership skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven track record to take ownership of multiple projects
  • A drive to use your creativity to increase revenue by learning new skills and stepping out of your comfort zone on a regular basis
  • Ability to dive deep into data, identify and quantity opportunities, and drive change management initiatives cross-functionally. 
  • Required skills: Advanced Excel skills, proficient in SQL, PowerPoint
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or any related CRM or sales automation tool is a plus
