Studio Operations Coordinator (Temporary - 3 months)

We are looking for a stellar Operations Coordinator to join our AMAZING Studio Operations Team! We are a fast-moving social games company that requires a detail oriented and flexible individual to help keep our office running! This role is multifaceted as you get to work across the organization leveraging solid multitasking skills to manage a variety of projects to completion.

What you should bring to the table
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or customer service role.
- 1+ year of experience in planning corporate events.
- High school education.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
- Past history of being proactive, juggling multiple requests and completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
- Experience with managing multiple office and event vendors, reviewing contracts and delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Past history of outstanding organizational skills.
- Proficient with Gmail (Calendaring, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc) and Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
- Comfortable being on ladders, working with box cutters, hand tools and power tools and able to lift 35-50 pounds on a regular basis.
- The physical aspects of this job require sitting, squatting, reaching, going up and down stairs, lifting and walking around.
- High degree of discretion in dealing with confidential information.
Placing your best bet - the responsibilities
- Provide general assistance and manage work orders through JIRA (online ticketing system)
- Stock and clean common areas (lunchrooms, conference rooms, copy rooms, kitchens, etc.)
- Assist in guiding vendors (snacks, copiers, coffee, etc.)
- Daily mail pick-up and distribution as needed
- Provide front desk coverage as needed
- Assist with the following:
- Preparation/planning, setup, teardown and cleanup for meetings and company events
- Implementation of systems, procedures and policies to support Operations team
- Filing tickets with our property management company when things need to be fixed
Hitting the jackpot
In this role, you will assist in planning and implementing departmental moves to include cubicle re-configurations and adjustments. Safety is HUGE! So, you’ll also assist in implementing our onsite Safety Protocol and make sure we’re in compliance with our building. Like planning events?! Well you’ll have an opportunity to assist with our company pop up events by seasonal décor setup & tear down as well as specific annual pop up events and taking them through completion!
