The Job: 

As a Supply Chain Operations Associate, you will help us with our mission to make rewards easy to send and awesome to receive by ensuring our reward delivery system is reliable and efficient. You will help us manage our global network of suppliers and translate their unique requirements into an easy experience for our customers. This will involve demand forecasting, inventory and cash oversight, vendor management and other supply chain responsibilities. Under the guidance of our senior staff, you will become a supply chain expert and progress along an analyst career path with defined specialties.

Our Team

The Supply Chain Operations Associate is a member of our Supply Chain team-- part of our Catalog Operations Group. The Catalog Operations Group’s responsibilities include close coordination with the Partnership team to launch and maintain brands, operational oversight of our vendor APIs, sourcing / ordering inventory and oversight of all activities pertaining to our ability to deliver rewards reliably and efficiently to our customers. 

Reports to: Director of Supply Chain

As a Supply Chain Associate at Tango Card, you’ll champion:

• Inventory and Supplier account balances
• High risk inventory reporting support
• Operational administration for our Suppliers
• Communication of outages and impaired items to stakeholder teams
• On-call rotation as needed to support Suppliers and/or internal teams

Our ideal Supply Chain Associate at Tango Card will have most of the following skills and experience:

• Query Language 
• Bachelors' Degree in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent experience
