Our Engineering Lab support our R&D teams to deliver ExtraHop products. We enable our customers to make use of their wire data. We make all of the parts of the product work together.  We are looking for contract team member to help with the growing task list to include:

Infrastructure

• • Install and maintain servers, network equipment, and virtual machines.
  • Perform regular server hardware repairs(drives, motherboards etc).
  • Install and change cabling using industry standard best practices.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Cardboard removal.
    • Store and maintain inventory of peripherals (RAM, NICs).

Software

• Hypervisor patching
• Virtual machine

• • Install operating systems and firmware as required
  • Perform and document software upgrades
  • Maintain virtual infrastructure

General

• • Maintain security standards as per policy
  • Maintain lab cleanliness and safety.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.
