A Jet Training Instructor:

• Prepares and delivers Instructor Led Training courses in support of onboard and career path training initiatives
• Specializes in training Operations staff on Title and Escrow processes 
• Proactively researches and recommends new and different delivery methods to better engage classroom participants and maximize learning 
• Gathers internal knowledge and training requirements for both technical system and industry topics
• Creates and iterates training content intended for delivery in the classroom
• Drives course delivery quality and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement
• Schedules classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, or instructors
• Analyzes learner effectiveness and implementation
• Creates documentation for ILT courses

• Very comfortable leading one on one or small group presentations and discussions

• Fresh from at least 2 or more years of experience in the Title & Escrow Industry

Bonus points for:

• Experience facilitating Escrow training in some capacity (Instructor Led or Shadow Training)
