Job Description

The Role:

PayScale is seeking a lifelong learner with technical aptitude, customer service focus, and a growth mindset to join our Client Success team as a Training Specialist.

You will report to our Director of Services and work within our Client Education Team to arrange, schedule and facilitate client training. This role will collaborate closely with Client Success Management, Client Operations, and Product Marketing teams to demonstrate the value of PayScale products and ensure all customer needs are met.

In this role, you will:

  • Become a PayScale product expert and lead our clients, through training, to proficiency
  • Respond to client support requests via chat, phone & email
  • You will collaborate with the Client Education team in building impactful customer facing content
  • Identify opportunities to build self-serve content by documenting live training patterns and collaborating on trend identification
  • You will follow training/support requests through full resolution

Qualifications

  • You are a strong communicator with an affinity for training/facilitation
  • You have an agile mentality, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
  • You have an innate ability to build dialogue & an interest in understanding customer needs
  • You have a strong motivation to see customer inquiries through to resolution
  • You have a willingness to challenge assumptions and go beyond what’s expected

The Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role in SaaS, software or technology
  • Experience working with Salesforce or CRM tool(s) desired
