Your Role and Impact

You will lead a team of clinical operations experts focused on a complex body of work including supporting physician culture and scheduling, overseeing our licensing and credentialing efforts to build intellectual property in this area and reporting on unique data related to our virtual clinic. You will materially impact the care that 98point6 delivers and be a part of the team shaping the evolution of the 98point6 service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a complex network of physicians operating on a national scale in a 24/7 service model
• Help to build both traditional and innovative outcomes metrics for the organization
• Deep ownership around Continuity Care as defined at 98point6, and an ability to build process that drives us toward that goal
• Develop the infrastructure to manage complex, non-clinical customer service issues that arise in the clinic
• Oversee customer service in order to build on novel ways to connect with patients on non-clinical issues
• With your team, build out the operational framework to measure clinical outcomes
• Partner with product development to optimize clinician efficiency and provide real-time reporting of clinical activities

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in healthcare clinic management & clinical operations management
• 5+ years experience managing large scale medical clinic networks & management of hundreds of doctors
• Experience in building quantitative tools that drive practice optimization
• Capable of innovating in the context of nationwide primary care staffing strategies
• Capable of managing a complex nationwide physician licensing process
• Willingness and ability to build new technology to enhance clinic operations
• Keen ability to work and communicate with physicians
• Advanced degree in hospital management preferred
