Outreach is building a world-class finance team and is looking for a Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development. The successful candidate will work with senior management to develop and execute the Company’s corporate and investor relations strategy. This is a high-profile role, reporting to the CFO, because this person will work closely with our CEO and other C-level execs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Investor Relations:
  • Developing a deep and thorough understanding of the Company’s platform, solutions and corporate strategy; support the delivery of this strategy to both internal and external audiences through clear and compelling written and oral communication 
  • Shaping, articulating, and managing the Company's investment story and maintaining a strong presence with the investment community
  • Leading the development and implementation of a targeted investor relations strategy to maximize the Company’s long-term value creation and ensure the consistent presentation of that strategy across all external messaging
  • Developing strong relationships with investors and sellside analysts leading to a deep understanding of Wall St models and KPIs 
  • Overseeing preparation of private IR materials including mock public earnings preparation and guidance model
  • Coordinating with business and FP&A to develop operating and valuation models
  • Monitoring industry and competitor developments, alert management, and prepare proactive and reactive plans as needed
  • Corporate Development:
  • Establish Outreach’s corporate development program, to include sourcing and pipeline development, financial analysis, management of transactions, leadership of internal and executive decision-making processes, including valuation, engagement or target leadership, and deal negotiation
  • Drive and manage cross functional teams across the organization necessary for diligence; facilitate deal execution and integration planning
  • Subject matter expert on customer, competitive, market, economic, financial and operational intelligence, providing data-driven guidance on growth opportunities and new ventures
  • Develop and maintain a broad network of industry contacts, venture capital investors and financial advisors to assist in understanding market and industry trends and building transaction opportunities
  • Advise on and assist in development of Outreach’s corporate strategy in conjunction with senior management

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a software research analyst, buyside investor or investment banker and Investor Relations at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Extensive knowledge of tech and SaaS models and KPIs
  • Outstanding executive presentation skills which enable highlighting key drivers in consumable formats, both excel and PPT
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
  • Excellent project, program management and planning skills, with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
