  • Work with management to determine new location and space requirements
  • Negotiate leases and vendor agreements
  • Provide assistance and help to create a warm, friendly environment for all employees, candidates, and guests
  • Plan and organize logistics for off-site company meetings and events including happy hours, our all-company yearly All-Hands and summer celebration, and off-site team training events
  • Arrange occasional in-office lunches and meetings, when safe to do so
  • Receive mail, package shipments, and deliveries
  • Keep drinks, snacks and office supplies well-stocked
  • Work with cleaning vendors to ensure high cleanliness standards
  • Support the People team with any tasks and projects that may arise
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors on facilities and maintenance issues
  • Own several internal operational systems like space planning tools and keycard access
  • Act as a source of office and company information to all employees
  • Own the relationship with all company-wide vendors and accounts

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience providing administrative support and facilities/office management
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong technical aptitude – ability to utilize and leverage technology and systems
  • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
  • Experience working with C-Level Executives
  • Prior experience working in an early stage company environment is a plus!
  • You’re self-motivated, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy wearing lots of hats
  • You embody our core values. We are hungry craftspeople, we have grit, we are honest, we take ownership, we have each other’s back no matter what, we’re one with our customers, and we find strength in diversity and inclusion

Why You’ll Love It Here

• Generous medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees and their dependents

• Flexible time off

• 401k to help you save for the future

• Company-organized and personal paid volunteer days to support the community that supports us

• Fun company and team outings (or virtual events these days!) because we play just as hard as we work

• Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups like OWN (Outreach Women's Network), AAPI, Rainbow (LGBTQIA+), Gender+, LatinX, Black Excellence, Disability Community, and Veterans

• A parental leave program that includes not just extended time off but options for a paid night nurse, food delivery, gradual return to work, and the Gottman Institute's Bringing Home Baby course for new parents

• Employee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team

• Plus, unlimited snacks and beverages in our kitchen (once we're back in the office, that is!)

• We’re an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status
