Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for an experienced Associate Director Product Manager (Checkout) to join our pack on the Core Shopping Product team in our Seattle, WA office. In this high impact role, you will have the opportunity to shape and improve every single transaction our pet parents make on the site; delivering delightful experiences to our customers and contributing to immense revenue value to Chewy. As an AD Product Manager, you will be responsible for dramatic change in a core part of the customer experience. You will own vision for and execution of Checkout and will deliver customer experiences that WOW millions of pet parents. You will create and own the roadmap while working cross-functionally across Product, UX/UI, Technology, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Executive teams to execute on that plan. You will also serve as the customer advocate, ensuring the voice of the customer is embedded in every decision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Use your customer first mindset to guide the development and delivery of best-in-class customer experiences
  • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and superior communication skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Help define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for new features and enhancements; transform these customer and business insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features
  • Use both quantitative and qualitative reasoning to break down complex problems into actionable plans
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog ensuring product vision aligns with both customer and business goals
  • Use Agile methodologies to deliver and iterate on new features at a fast pace  

What You’ll Need:

  • 11+ years of experience, 5+ in Ecommerce / Product Management
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
  • Passion for building functional and engaging customer experiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, people-oriented attitude
  • A history of owning, developing, and communicating long-term vision and goals that drive strategies for a portfolio of products
  • A track record of creating dramatic impact to both customer experience and business metrics
  • Position may require travel
