Responsibilities

  • Define and manage complex projects for marketing and customer experience optimization, including forms and chatbot technologies, date-driven user personalization, machine learning and AI strategies.
  • Work closely with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify new market opportunities for your products.
  • Lead a team of designers and engineers in an agile based environment.
  • Build and own an innovative roadmap of features to drive key business outcomes.
  • Conduct competitive and industry best-practice analysis, monitor digital industry trends.
  • Develop effective business cases and persuasive arguments to support new ideas.
  • Develop detailed and crisp business and technical product requirements.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, performance and operational support
  • Continually develop and test ideas through usability tests, consumer panels, user research, A/B tests, and other research methodologies
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints

About you

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field with 4-6 years of experience in a product management role
  • Agile project management experience (Scrum/Scrum of Scrums, Agile Ceremonies, backlog management & prioritization, change management, etc)
  • A demonstrated track record in achieving business results through innovative products in a high velocity environment
  • You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
  • You work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with marketing technology, automation tools and platforms, and data management
