The Director - Outbound Product Management will build strategies and plans to increase the GTM efforts across the Product Organization. This role is extraordinarily collaborative, working not only with peer inbound and outbound product managers, but also cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Outcomes, Solution consultants, Support and Alliance & Channels. This will include exploring and pitching inorganic methods of providing solutions which solve problems for customers. Create a strategy for technical and strategic partnerships which further the product team’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead GTM Readiness
- Lead, review and establish accurate content creation plan for ITBM product releases and solutions
- Partner across GTM leaders to produce consistent collateral and enablement content
Support of our sales team as well as partners & channels
- Build and conduct release related enablement programs as well as ongoing BU specific training sessions
- Lead the creation of value-driven demos that are both ITBM specific as well as ‘better together’ naratives with other BUs
Engage customers & prospects
- Support executive briefing presentations
- Support deal specific engagements to help drive new business
Internal stakeholders
- Align with corporate initiatives that drive cross BUs activities to deliver innovation to our customers.
- Create communication interlocks, plan and dashboard related to all major releases.
- Work closely with ITx workflows to create product functional elements to showcase to customers the interconnections
Work very closely with inbound product management as well as product marketing around family and store releases
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a B2B client facing role (Product Management, Program Management, Sales Engineering, Professional Services or similar)
- 4+ years of experience in large scale organizations and interacting with a cross functional team of Professional Services, Account Management and other stakeholders.
- Genuine passion for helping clients succeed, and a deep sense of empathy for technology and Product.
- Great communication skills, able to provide clear & concise guidance through emails, over the phone, or in person, with a casual and confident tone.
- Detailed knowledge of IT Business Management (Agile or PPM), as well as management processes and practice.
- Analytical ability to identify trends derived from internal stakeholders or feedback and represent those trends in a clear and comprehensive fashion.
- Persuasive enough to convey critical ideas to all level of the Business Unit organization, representing views supported by both objective and subjective evidence.
- Think strategically, learn fast and communicate with impact.
- Have demonstrated past experience defining paths to market for new products, applications or features as well as the successful execution of that go to market strategy.
- Have experience creating engaging and educating content. Types of content could include, but is not limited to, presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Have demonstrated the ability to solve complex problems.
Qualifications
Requirements:
