Your Role and Impact

We are solving a fundamental issue facing healthcare today - the shortage of primary care providers. This is your opportunity to lead a team that is changing the way in which primary care is delivered, using technology to positively impact people’s health and wellbeing. Through your work you’ll make primary care services accessible and affordable to all. You’ll lead a team of product managers, reporting to the CPO, responsible for three crucial areas- user acquisition and onboarding, patient engagement, and product support for the supporting operational teams. Come help us do something that has never been done before.

Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate the team’s product roadmap
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and work with design and engineering to build it into the native and web apps
  • Relentlessly improve on our patient acquisition and onboarding funnel, supporting commercial, consumer and university channels
  • Collaborate with marketing to define and build out programs that drive user engagement
  • Work with the commercial, marketing and compliance teams to understand and support their product needs to scale with the business
  • Work closely with the clinical operations and physician team to uncover opportunities for new products and enhancements
  • Collaborate with UX research to deepen our understanding of patient needs
  • Collaborate with UX design and research to understand the drivers of a successful onboarding experience, including improving on the user sign-up and onboarding funnel
  • Manage, hire and develop a team of product managers and scale for future growth
  • Achieve goals for Net Promoter Score and other KPIs related to patient experience

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building consumer-facing products that have scaled to millions of users across web and native mobile
  • Experience working with UX design and research teams to build new products
  • Experience working with products that use machine learning preferred
  • 4+ years of building and managing a strong PM team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Capable of driving initiatives from conception to launch
  • Experience in healthcare preferred, though not required
  • A passion to positively impact the availability and cost of healthcare
  • Smart about data
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's in computer science or a related field with a master’s or MBA preferred
