Director of Product Management—Patient Experience

Your Role and Impact
You’ll lead a team of product managers responsible for all aspects of the patient experience. You and your team will understand patient needs related to primary care, set our vision, build a roadmap and drive all execution necessary. This is an opportunity to change the way in which primary care is delivered worldwide, increasing access while dramatically lowering costs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients and clinicians to develop an understanding of patient primary care needs—stated and unstated
- Maintain an awareness of the competitive landscape, while staying focused on the patient
- Work with the clinical, commercial sales, marketing, customer support and compliance teams to understand broader aspects of the patient experience
- Set and communicate the product roadmap, articulating trade-offs
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and work with design and engineering to build it into the native and web apps
- Collaborate with UX research for continuous learning around the patient experience
- Manage, hire, and develop a team of product managers and scale for future growth
- Achieve goals for Net Promoter Score and other KPIs related to patient experience
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building consumer-facing products that have scaled to millions of users across web and native mobile
- Experience building new products
- Experience working with products that use machine learning preferred
- 4+ years of building and managing a strong PM team
- Ability to thrive in a fast moving environment
- Capable of driving initiatives from conception to launch
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- A passion to make a positive impact on the availability and costs of healthcare
- Smart about data
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's in computer science or a related field required, with a master’s or MBA preferred
