Role Description

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to grow our customer base through thoughtful and effective in-product campaigns. In this role you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns to upgrade Dropbox users to paid products across our web, mobile and desktop products. You’ll design, run and analyze A/B experiments to improve segmentation, test new audiences targeting, optimize design and content, and much more. As you’ll run campaigns and optimize in-product experiences, you’ll reach millions of users every month and have a big impact on our revenue growth.

This role will require close cross-functional partnerships across growth, data science, product, marketing, engineering and other internal teams. You’ll join our team of motivated and experienced growth managers, who are working on building a best-in-class operation to educate, engage and upgrade our users across all product surfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Design, set up and execute A/B experiments with data-driven hypotheses
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze experiment results and optimize ongoing campaigns
  • Communicate experimentation plans, performance updates and test results
  • Improve experimentation processes and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with growth managers, analysts, marketers and other cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

Additional Perks + Benefits

In order to be successful in our Virtual First environment we needed to make changes that would allow employees to have more control over both where and how they work. Therefore, we embrace “non-linear workdays” with defined core collaboration hours that overlap across time zones. Beyond that, we encourage employees to design their own schedules to balance collaboration with needs for individual focus. We’ve also moved from “all day syncs” to an “async by default” culture, reserving meetings for discussion, debate, and decision-making, and handling all other work in our deep focus hours.
