The RoundGlass Collective platform builds wellbeing communities to bring people and their passions together. The Collective provides a space for users to engage with a library of rich content, social experiences, and knowledge sharing. The Collective platform houses topics ranging from the workplace, skills and hobby development, art, food science and many more well-being areas.

The Product Leader will develop the overall vision for Collective and ensure that the roadmap for each of the verticals aligns and executes this vision well.

What you'll do:

• Develop product vision and strategy by working backwards from the customer and defining / driving overall product strategies and roadmaps. They will define use cases, analyze potential customer and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for the strategy
• Drive prioritization across multiple development teams and, communication with internal stakeholders including: user testing with customers, go to market strategy with product marketing, and the adoption plan with Sales
• Plan the scheduled version releases (weekly/monthly/quarterly), as well as the product road map for the next 6 to 24 months
• Understand the user needs deeply, be obsessed with usage metrics and build customer empathy through online channels, one-on-one interviews, and shadowing exercises to observe, listen, and learn how people use and experience the platform
• Design user-centric experiences throughout their engagement journey
• Be adept at applying Machine Learning concepts and tools that are specifically designed to augment the Product Leader’s decision making

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of technology product leadership experience; preferably from the health, wellness and wellbeing industry
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design and product teams to deliver products/services
• You will be expected to have strong opinions about design and user experience, as well as the analytic background necessary to track adoption and performance of your program
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
• Ability to deeply understand market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies
• Familiarity with tech and start-up environment preferred
