We’re looking for an IT Product Manager to join the Finance Technology Team at Snap Inc.!
What you’ll do:
Scope definition, Functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity, and all system-related policies and procedures for Procure-to-Pay processes
Create and present key requirements artifacts: scope documents, use cases, business process mapping workflows, and Application gap analysis
Configure, Develop and test functionality and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integrations based on user/business needs
Perform technical and system administration tasks such as integrating data with multiple systems, as needed: Snap Internal CRM, Banks, Concur, Blackline, and other 3rd party or financial planning tools
Manage the ERP master data entities (e.g. suppliers, supplier banks) to be in-sync with the all the integrated applications
Provide front-line support regarding all aspects of Oracle Financials and data maintenance
Be a point of contact for all technical activities regarding Oracle-related initiatives for the Procure-to-Pay workstream
Manage system adoption and satisfaction, including training users or creating training docs on the Oracle application relevant to their jobs, and provide support to users and maintain proper system access.
Perform daily administrative and support tasks
Maintain and date systems documentation
Perform regular data audits and resolve data integrity issues
Document and follow formal policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
A detailed understanding of common industry standard business practices related to Finance and Accounting (Accounts Payable, Intercompany, General Ledger and Tax), and Support (Case Management)
Process experience: Core Procure-to-Pay processes (Create and Maintain Suppliers, Procure and Receive Materials, Manage Accounts Payables, Process Supplier Payments, Manage Procurement Accruals, and Manage AP Period Close to name a few)
Experience working with Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) to configure and administer workflows
Experience working with Finance & Accounting teams, partnering with them and driving projects to completion that supports business goals and objectives
Experience working with the banks, and integrating them with Oracle financial systems (e.g. Payment Integration and Bank Statement Integration) is preferred
Excellent communications skills that can be called on both with Finance team as well as within IT and across the enterprise
Proven project management experience i.e. direct work and manage projects and progress
Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (IT business/computer science, Finance or Accounting) with 5+ years functional/product management experience and 2+ lifecycle Oracle Financials Global implementations (ERP Cloud preferred)
Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Global Oracle EBS R12.x and/or Oracle Financials Cloud ( Procurement, Payables, Cloud Tax, Intercompany, General Ledger, SLA etc..) including Period end planning and closing
Experience with Integrations of Internal or third party systems with Oracle Financials Cloud
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with implementing Financial SOX controls to support internal / external audits
Understanding of indirect tax application to AP/AR transactions and accounting
Certifications in Oracle Financials Cloud, esp. Procurement and Payables
Experience with BlackLine, Oracle Business Network or Concur Integrations
Global Implementations with Multi country/currency experience
Act as lead to a small team or people management experience
Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - 230,000 annually
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $157,000 - 219,000 annually
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $196,000 annually
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
