Our new Developer Experience Department is dedicated to forming and creating innovative ways into which we will grow the awareness of Infobip as a brand thought the developer community.
As such Merchandising also known as “Swag” such as Hoodies, socks, bennies and the like, have proven integral to expand brand awareness thought the developer community. As such it is our vision to be the first tech company to actually have its own fashion brand.

What will you do at Infobip?
- Coordinate and execute company-wide initiatives regarding merchandise
- Curate merchandising for Infobip products, with focus on maintaining visual standards of Infobip' s presence in the retail space
- Work with designers on designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy
- Coordination and communication with entire developer experience department
- Coordination and communication with entire Infobip company and merchandising stakeholders
- Achieve defined performance criteria, KPI across the whole team(overview of success and achievement criteria)
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role in a related retail environment.
- Proficiency in office and retail management software, such as MS Word, Excel, and Retail Pro.
- Extensive knowledge of retail strategies and consumer behavior.
- Experience in keeping stock records and managing merchandise budgets.
- Ability to facilitate merchandise movement, packing, pricing, and replenishment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
