As a Principal Product Manager at OfferUp, you will build products from existing ideas and develop new ones to improve the buying and selling experience. To be successful in this role, you will be a leader with a passion for understanding our customers and have the technical and business savvy to achieve our vision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product end-to-end UX feature requirements through collaboration with designers, engineers, support, marketing, and business leadership
• Prioritize features and create a roadmap and schedule for execution
• Proactively triage issues and drive execution across disciplines to deliver weekly releases
• Measure performance of features and iterate designs to optimize the experience
• Lead user experience research, be the voice of the customer

Requirements:

• 7+ years hands-on product management or equivalent experience shipping consumer-facing online commerce and/or mobile software and services
• Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple, competing priorities to drive action
• Ability to quickly adapt to change and motivational skills to help the team through the change
• Can handle ambiguous, unstructured situations with the ambition to roll up your sleeves and figure it out
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving by balancing business, experience, and technical requirements
• Detail-oriented and highly logical with the ability to break down complex problems and find simple, elegant solutions
• Strong oral and written communications skills with non-technical and technical audiences to influence others at varying organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree
