We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for an Senior Analyst, Operational Compliance Account Manager to provide guidance, helping clients achieve their operational goals and improving efficiency.

At Ideoclick, we work as a distributed team. While we maintain a corporate presence in Seattle, WA; our employees have the flexibility to work from the location they choose, and we are open to this role living/working anywhere in the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Document best practices by engaging with cross-functional teams including development and technology teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and productization across the organization 
  • Contribute to building and developing the Ideoclick In-Stock Product roadmap by defining business objectives, resources, and priorities
  • Develop metrics to measure success and track achievements of key results
  • Drive rapid and iterative UX research and product requirement discovery
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to adoption and realization of customer impact 

What you’ve done:

  • Spent 2 - 4 years as a Product Manager - Martech/Saas/CRM experience a plus
  • Experience wireframing and storyboarding as part of product roadmap
  • Worked closed with development teams to groom requirements into features and stories
  • Data Analysis - SQL experience a plus
  • Experience in dynamic environments including B2B/B2C or Agency support models

  • Bachelor’s degree
