Funko is a purveyor of pop culture, making and selling license-focused collectibles. We’re based in Everett, WA where we have a store that delights kids of all ages (kids at heart included). We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world. 

The Product Analyst reports to the Director, Retail Brand Development working in conjunction with Marketing, Sales and the Product team to ensure that Funko products, including exclusives, are not only being tracked appropriately through to completion but that new products or product reporting is accurate.

Your Superpowers in Action

  • Responsible for updating the Brand Calendar/Future planning tool so that product timelines are always accurate
  • Owns updating Licensing Teams on Production updates
  • Confirms Product Assortments
  • Attends meetings w/ retail or licensors in regard to future opportunities
  • Helps facilitate the new planning process
  • Helps manage & facilitate the new process for all account exclusives including: managing individual Account Spreadsheets in terms of assignment, provides requirements to Sales including MOQ, form requirements, dates available, tracks to ensure that retailers are receiving exclusives on time and in the system appropriately, helps manage costing requirements on retail boxes
  • Provides reporting for: Category, Product Line, and Studio for Funko revenue planning purposes, POS at retail, Google Trends research content
  • Owns the Blitz Calendar
  • Runs the Sales Team Product review with details for new products
  • Works with licensing on various tasks

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

  • 3+ years’ experience in a previous brand management or project management role, preferably for a consumer goods company.
  • Thrives in an environment with direct communication. Able to communicate across several departments and different job levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task across several ongoing projects.
  • Strong analytical skills; previous experience analyzing data and pulling reports from large data is preferred.
  • Flexibility in fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Excel skills should include more advanced reporting skills such as the ability to create pivot tables and v-look up.
