RoundGlass is working on a digital wellbeing solution that aims to help its users move further along their journey of individual wellbeing. The objective of this solution is to help individuals improve their personal wellbeing starting with mental health through meditation and expanding into all areas of their wellbeing. This app leverages behavioral change approaches to help users develop new healthy habits. 

The RoundGlass solution takes a community approach to people and their passions together. It’s designed for users to engage with a library of rich content, social experiences, knowledge sharing and wellness resources.

You are a self-motivated individual who aligns with our core values and believes they have the power to change the world, one step at a time. As a key member of the design group you will collaborate with the product team, designers and engineers to deliver research, interactive and visual design. You have strong problem-solving skills and independent thought-leadership, coupled with an aptitude for collaboration and open communication.

What you'll do:

• Partner with team members to design multiple interface design projects (social platforms, new design tools, mobile apps)
• Deliver mock-ups and high-fidelity user interfaces
• Compile research, develop personas and iterate on ideas
• Work with product teams to understand the “big picture” of user goals and product requirements
• Interface with engineers to ensure the designs delivered align with the vision
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leads to create innovative products
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the broader RG team

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of user interface design experience on mobile and/or web consumer products
• Strong knowledge of user interface design process and methodology
• A POV on great design and the ability to lead the work.
• Strong experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, PhotoShop and Illustrator
