Due to COVID-19, Knock is currently operating as a remote company and all interviews will be conducted over phone or Zoom video calls. We plan to return to an office setting eventually, but that timeline has yet to be determined. When we do re-open our office, we will do so in a manner that is safe and comfortable for our employees and partners. We will continue to be remote-friendly for most employees and have opened up most of our positions to be either Seattle-based, hybrid office/work from home, or completely remote. It is also important to note that we are only able to hire employees who are based in the US.


The Role

As our Product Launch Manager, you will play a pivotal project management role to ensure that product and feature launches are smooth, timely & ultimately successful. You will be the bridge between Product Managers & Go To Market Leadership, owning the project management around key launch timelines & milestones. It is important that you possess the skill sets to document a launch from beginning to end, build buy-in from individual contributors to C-suite, and efficiently communicate as changes occur. This role sits in neutral territory between departments - product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success - ensuring that all key stakeholders across the business are aligned and on schedule.


The Team

The Finance & Operations team partners directly with multiple stakeholders including Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Engineering. The team is responsible for owning various areas of business operations, including but not limited to, FP&A, AP/AR, and payroll. Day to Day

  • For new product and feature launches, project manage internal operations and cross-departmental collaboration, including communication with executive team members
  • For new products & features in development, work with Product Managers to document beginning to end launch plan
  • For new products & features approaching launch, work with Product Managers and Go To Market teams (including leadership) to execute on launch plan, ensure we are hitting key timelines & milestones
  • For new products & features in market, work with Product Managers and Go To Market teams to track & report key metrics & feedback

30 / 60 / 90 Day Expectations

  • 30 days - Get up to speed on the launch plan of our newest Tours product, expected limited availability in Q3
  • 60 days - Take ownership of the Tours launch plan, focusing on tracking & reporting key metrics & feedback
  • 90 days - Present to executive team initial outline of launch plan for another product to be in alpha in Q4

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Experience coordinating new product and feature launches
  • Proficiency in Product and Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
  • B2B SaaS experience, PropTech experience preferred
  • Experience working with project management software, preferably Jira and Confluence; preferred experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, Mac OS
  • Key attributes: Detail-oriented, assertive, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bonus: Project Managerment Certification
