Reporting to the Director of Product for Bridge Learn, you will collaborate with product management, user experience designers, engineering, and marketing peers to create the next generation learning product. You will develop new ideas and features based on industry understanding and market trends as well as from direct contact with customers and prospects. Your job is to recognize a really good idea, justify it, define it, champion it, and deliver it. There are lots of interesting, complex, and challenging problems that will leverage your skills every day.

What you will be doing:

  • Striving toward becoming a subject matter expert on corporate learning.
  • Performing ongoing competitive and market analysis to discover new opportunities.
  • Working with end users to learn about the outcomes they expect and the problems they’re experiencing.
  • Brainstorming product ideas that help end users reach their desired outcomes and solve their problems.
  • Prioritizing features to create a roadmap for a portion of the corporate learning platform and driving that roadmap through execution and evaluation after launch.
  • Partnering with design on mockups and feature prototypes.
  • Partnering with engineering during feature development.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with program, sales, and customer success to ensure they understand the why behind prioritization.

Qualities we are looking for in a Product Manager:

  • Collaboration and the ability to drive conversations forward.
  • Self-awareness when it comes to strengths and areas for improvement in the workplace.
  • Curiosity when it comes to the technology stacks and design principles.
  • Desire to use data to drive decisions.

Here is what you will need to know/have:

  • 3-5 years of enterprise B2B software experience with a demonstrated track record of product managing scalable, feature-rich, enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Experience in either the LMS industry or best-in-class enterprise software (preferably SaaS).
