About the Position 

As a Product Manager for Assurance, you will be defining the future of the innovative and complex agent and guide commissions platform for thousands of users. In this highly technical PM role, you will craft a business strategy, feature set, and roadmap that will drive agent and guide commissions and overall compensation performance. Your focus will largely be on new product integration on to our commissions platform, optimizing, and improving overall agent response to commissions tickets, improving the overall commissions calculations process and using data to provide suggestions to the business on ways to align agent and guide compensations to overall business objectives.

About You 

In this role, you will drive the strategy, vision, and execution of our overall commission’s platform. You enjoy taking on the most challenging product management assignments and handle them with autonomy and extremely high visibility. You are effective working closely with partner teams that include user experience design, marketing, business development, program management, and engineering to identify business opportunities and bring new ideas to market. You have passion for owning a product or feature end-to-end and working collaboratively to drive innovation and deep business impact. To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

• Experience creating and maintaining an optimized and logically sequenced roadmap and translating agent and guide experiences into clearly defined requirements.
• Managing the overall commissions platform from end to end which includes but not limited to the product onboarding, commissions calculation, UI revisions, resolution of agent commission issues and insights and analysis to drive business value.
• Implement overall internal controls.
• Experience creating technical specifications, performing industry analysis, and/or market research. 
• Proven success aligning vision with leadership and leading cross-functionally to ensure the vision is implemented effectively.
• Ability to manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure delivery of a great agent and guide experience. 
• Experience anticipating and resolving strategic issues that impair the team’s ability to deliver. 
• Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Ruby.

• Analytical aptitude and hands on data-driven problem-solving abilities
• MBA Degree combined with STEM Degree or background 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to senior executive audiences 
• Strong persuasion skills and ability to create buy-in for a bold vision 
• Experience with agile/Scrum software development
