The Job:

 

Tango Card is looking for an experienced Product Manager who’s passionate about creating a best-in-class B2B customer experience. The Customer Experience Product Manager will help us develop and scale our customer-facing web and mobile interfaces to live up to our mission of making rewards even easier to send. This role lies at the epicenter of growth at Tango Card and will provide the right candidate with significant opportunity to stretch as a product manager and business leader. The Customer Experience Product Manager role is inherently cross-functional: you’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales, and key team members to bring features and products to market. An effective candidate will be customer obsessed, highly analytical, and an effective worker in a fast-paced and self-directed environment. You must be able to manage competing priorities from various stakeholder groups to lead the team toward a single, compelling vision for the customer experience.


Reports to: Director of Product Management

As the Product Manager - Customer Experience at Tango Card, you’ll:

  • Lead all aspects of product development
  • Define the vision and strategy for our customer experience
  • Draft business cases for new features and investments
  • Create and communicate the product roadmap
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and product marketing to deliver products to market
  • Work closely with business intelligence and engineering to create, track and refine metrics to measure results and monitor the impact of new features
  • Be the face of the product, engaging directly with customers, sales and customer success, and internal stakeholders to represent the product and gain customer empathy
  • Serve as the communication lead when there’s a production issue that affects customers

Our ideal Product Manager - Customer Experience will have most of the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Experience delivering products as the product owner in an Agile environment
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Excellent organization, planning, and business skills alongside strategic thinking ability; able to identify the big picture and how it connects to the details
  • Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional senior leadership teams
  • Excellent product, program, and project management skills and demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills coupled with the ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise
  • Experience in B2B or high-volume, transaction-based technology business
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or CS/Engineering degree preferred)
